Adding Access Rights to all Staff

To set up a member of staff with access rights to all mail:

  1. From Vision 3, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance and then the Staff Access tab.
  2. Right click on the name of the staff member who is being given access rights to all mail and select Add All.
  3. A 'Add ALL staff access rights to [staff name]?' message displays, select Yes to confirm, or No to cancel the process:
